My name is Dr. Tessia Brixey, principal at Petrosky Elementary School. I have been a proud member of the Alief family for 19 years. I have taught 1st grade, 3rd grade, and 5th grade, and I have served as Principal at Youens Elementary and Assistant Principal at Chancellor Elementary.
I graduated from Texas A&M University, where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in English. I have earned my Masters of Education Administration from University of Houston Clear Lake and my Doctorate of Education in Ethical Leadership from University of St. Thomas.
I am proud to be an educator in Alief ISD and I believe all children deserve an educational experience that will propel them as global thinkers and leaders in today's ever-changing world. At Petrosky Elementary, our goal is to collaborate with families to provide an exemplary education for all students in a safe and welcoming environment. #PirateProud
Ms. Trameisha Greer, has 16 years of valuable experience in the educational field. She has 11 years of service in Alief ISD, starting in 2013 as a classroom teacher at Collins Elementary. Over the years, she has also served as an ELD Interventionist and as an ELA Specialist for 4 years, demonstrating her commitment to supporting student success in various roles.
Ms. Greer earned her bachelor’s degree from Prairie View A&M University, a Masters in Counseling from the University of Houston Clear Lake, and a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas.
She believes in teaching to the uniqueness of each child's story and providing equitable opportunities for all learners.
